Ezra grew up for five years of her life in a small town in West Virginia, with her two parents. She was an only child, and at the age of five her parents had decided that life in a small town wasn't for them, and decided to move out of the state and to New York. Being that she was young and impressionable, Ezra adapted quickly to the the change and her new surroundings. Her new life was amazing and such a big upgrade from living in a small town because of all the constant life, sounds and lights. Growing up, Ezra was a jovial kid. She got along well with others, and found her passion with music. She'd been in a few bands with some of her friends then, but nothing that progressed beyond garage band potential and high school talent shows. Her parents had gotten Ezra various lessons with her voice, but after high school she never pursued a career in music. Instead she had found employment in a record store called Cellophane Flowers.
